Yeovil’s revival was short-lived with victory over one relegation rival, Crawley at the weekend, followed up with defeat against another when we lost at Crewe on Tuesday night.

That win moved Crewe some seven-points above the drop zone when they had previously been cut adrift and offered little hope of survival – can we take some comfort from that? Maybe, maybe not, but the facts of the matter are we lost one-nil at Gresty Road….

With half time getting closer, and a chance to put us ahead missed by Ugwu, the deadlock was broken by Ajose (38) when he was able to score a simple goal from a Haber cross to give the hosts a half time lead.

Ajose could have, and should have, wrapped up the points for sure in the last minute but when put though on goal he beat Krysiak, but not the post with his effort going just wide.

It didn’t mater though, Yeovil’s survival bid took another setback in our latest defeat….

Following this game, as is customary of course, attention now turns to the MotM for us – who you think this was?

Select the name that you want from the list in the poll to your right, but why not also share your thoughts with us on your thinking for that person, and this latest game itself, with some views….
