Yeovil have this week announced Jones Building Group as our new principal sponsors ahead of the League Two 2015-16 campaign.

With the players and newbies back in training, Academy preparation ongoing, the off pitch work continues and Jones come in to take over from W&S Recycling Services on the front of our shirts.

The company have been involved with Yeovil for over a decade now, and were formerly our main sponsor back between 2009 and 2012 and prior to that they had been the sponsors of our youth team for a number of years as well as occupying one of our executive suites.

Commercial manager Dave Linney said of their re-involvement with us.

‘This is a new and exciting era for Yeovil Town Football Club and we are delighted to have secured this main sponsorship for the new season and would like thank Dave Jones and Mark Porter for their continued and loyal support of our club.’

Mr Porter, managing director of Jones Building Group explained.

‘We are delighted to be back as main club sponsors of Yeovil Town. A good number of our employees are Yeovil Town fans, the company started here in Yeovil. We now have offices in five locations, but home is still in Yeovil. The sponsorship is all about helping Paul and his management team rebuild. After two relegations, it would be nice to now see two promotions. We are looking forward some good times ahead as main club sponsors.”

Chairman John Fry said of the deal.

‘We have worked with Jones Building Group for a number of years and they have been brilliant sponsors and supporters of Yeovil Town Football Club. I can see this being a successful relationship, we have always had a happy relationship with Dave Jones and his company. It is nice to have them back as main club sponsors. Jones Building Group are also sponsors of Yeovil Town Ladies and support both teams superbly. We would love to have the ladies playing at Huish Park in the future. The sponsorship begins a new era for Yeovil Town with this deal and the launch of the new academy set up. I would also like to thank W+S Recycling Services for their sponsorship over the past three seasons.’

Another box checked ahead of the new season so onwards and upwards hopefully with as few hiccups as possible.
