Defender Dan Seaborne has moved to Coventry City on loan, but Gary Johnson has brought in three players.

Seaborne moves until January 5th, 2014 and the manager explained that the move was designed to get him some first team action under his belt because Byron Webster and Shane Duffy had been playing quite well and Seaborne needed to get some proper match fitness again so he could continue to challenge properly for his first team place back.

In terms of players incoming, Johnson has moved to complete the loan signing of striker Ishmael Miller.

The 26 year old joins us from Nottingham Forest for a month.

We have also brought in Shane Duffy’s colleague John Lundstram. He joins for a month from Everton and having seen how we have treated Duffy, they had no hesitation in allowing another one of their youngsters to make the move.

Lundstram has represented England at U17, U18, U19 and U20 levels and scored twice.

Last season he spent a spell out on loan at Doncaster Rovers and actually made his debut for them against us last February.

Finally the gaffer has brought in Liverpool youngster Adam Morgan.

The striker has already made a bit of a name for himself having scored a 45 yard goal against Manchester City. I presume U21 level and there is a youtube clip of it if fans want to search for it.

He joins us initially on a month long deal, but it will become permanent on it’s expiry in January.

According to the gaffer he had quite a few options of where to ply his trade come the new year but he believes Yeovil will be the perfect place for his development. Adding that Robbie Fowler has commented that the player is one of the best finishers he’s seen a long time and obviously with Fowler’s goal scoring knack, that is high praise indeed.
